Angel Foundation FL Community Calendar
Terms & Conditions for Event Submission

By submitting an event to the Angel Foundation FL Community Calendar, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. All event submissions are subject to review and approval prior to publication. Submission of an event does not guarantee acceptance, publication, promotion, or continued listing on the calendar.

1. Event Approval Standards
Events submitted to the Community Calendar must meet organizational standards and be consistent with the mission, values, and community objectives of Angel Foundation FL in order to be approved or remain published on the calendar.

Angel Foundation FL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve, deny, edit, modify, suspend, unpublish, or remove any event submission that does not meet these standards or that is determined to be inconsistent with the Foundation’s mission, policies, operational guidelines, or community expectations.

2. Community and Faith-Based Mission
Angel Foundation FL is a faith-based nonprofit organization committed to serving the community through compassionate outreach, support, and engagement. Event submissions should align with respectful community standards and may not contain unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate content.

3. Accuracy of Submitted Information
By submitting an event, the submitting party represents and warrants that:
• They have the authority and legal right to submit the event and all related content.
• All submitted information is truthful, accurate, and current.
• Any photos, logos, graphics, videos, music, or other submitted materials do not infringe upon the intellectual property or legal rights of any third party.
• The event complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

The submitting party assumes full responsibility for all submitted information, event details, promotions, communications, and activities associated with the event.

4. No Guarantee of Publication or Promotion
Publication of an event on the Angel Foundation FL Community Calendar does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, verification, partnership, or recommendation by Angel Foundation FL.

Angel Foundation FL does not guarantee any level of visibility, promotion, attendance, performance, or engagement related to submitted events and reserves the right to determine how events are displayed, promoted, prioritized, or maintained on the calendar.

5. Consistent Application of Standards
Angel Foundation FL intends to apply its event submission standards and review processes consistently and in good faith across all submissions. Decisions regarding approval, denial, editing, or removal of events will be based upon adherence to organizational standards, mission alignment, operational considerations, community appropriateness, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

6. Event Removal and Administrative Rights
Angel Foundation FL reserves the right to remove, modify, suspend, or unpublish any event listing at any time if:
• The event no longer meets organizational standards
• Information provided is determined to be inaccurate or misleading
• Complaints or legal concerns arise
• The event violates these Terms & Conditions
• Operational, scheduling, technical, or safety concerns exist
• The event is determined to conflict with the Foundation’s mission or community guidelines

7. Disclaimer of Liability
Angel Foundation FL does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, scheduling, quality, operation, or legitimacy of any submitted event, organization, or individual associated with an event listing.

By submitting an event, the submitting party agrees that Angel Foundation FL, including its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, affiliates, sponsors, and agents, shall not be held liable for any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, expenses, attorney’s fees, disputes, or causes of action of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive, arising out of or related to:
• The submitted event
• Event cancellations or modifications
• Inaccurate or misleading information
• Intellectual property disputes
• Personal injury or property damage
• Financial or business losses
• Third-party disputes or claims
• Website interruptions, technical issues, or publishing errors
• Attendance, participation, or event operations

8. Indemnification
The submitting party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Angel Foundation FL and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, representatives, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or related to:
• The submitted event or event activities
• Submitted materials or content
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Violation of any law or third-party rights
• Any act or omission connected to the submitted event

9. Agreement to Terms
By checking the agreement box and submitting an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and understand that all submissions require approval prior to publication.
